Are the wheels in your head spinning?

Let's see if we can fix that.

We understand there are a lot of questions. Check out the list below for the most common ones.

  • When is the Grain Yard opening?

    • Spring/Summer 2026. Possibly sometime in 2027 but definitely in this decade.

  • What are the general hours of operation?

    • From early-morning coffee hours, remote office hours, happy hours, to evening fireside cocktail hours.

  • What is going to be offered?

    • Community event space, family-friendly hangout, food trucks, live music, coffee drinks, craft beers, cocktails, kombucha, whiskey, wine, sober-friendly beverages, and good vibes. What else is there?

  • Will there be food?

    • Yep! We’re partnering with local spots for daily eats, plus hosting a rotating food truck park for a variety of tastes.

  • Can I get a tour of the inside?

    • Stay tuned for opportunities to go on a hardhat tour of the building once we're up and running. Sign up for the newsletter to get on the list! (Link below)

  • I can’t wait to tell people, what do I tell them the Grain Yard is?

    • Are you trying to sound cool in front of your friends, or are you asking for yourself? JK. The Grain Yard is a Modern Public House where today’s community creates tomorrow’s history_every day. Too vague? Send them a link to this FAQs page.

  • How do I follow the story of the building’s rehabilitation?

    • Sign up for daily text messages on our progress (JK, that’s too much, and this is a slow process.) Instead, bookmark our website, follow us on Instagram or Facebook , and/or sign up for our newsletter (Click the button below).

  • How can I get one of those hats or hoodies?

    • Money and patience. Actually, patience, then money. Sign up for our newsletter and stay tuned for updates on merch availability.

  • What is your biggest fear?

    • Ketchup. Yes, that is a real fear. It's called mortuusequusphobia.

  • What is your greatest hope?

    • That the community is as excited as we are to get the Grain Yard up and running. We're beyond ready to breathe life back into this building and expand the downtown community.

  • How many questions are you willing to answer?

    • One more.

  • Why are you opening the Grain Yard?

    • Everyone needs a place where they can catch their breath, laugh a little, and feel like we all belong. The Grain Yard is our answer to that. It's a space where anyone can show up, be part of something authentically valuable, and maybe get into just a little bit of trouble (the good kind).

We believe everyone has something valuable to contribute to a stronger, more connected community. We hope you’ll be part of the fun.
