UPDATE: City Council Approval!

The next phase begins! In April 2026, the Louisville City Council APPROVED the Grain Elevator project.

This part of the process feels like finishing the swim in a triathlon, taking a short breather to celebrate our success before the next leg of the race. As excited as we are about completing our recent accomplishment, we still have a ways to go.

Here’s where the process gets more exciting, though. Until this point, most of the steps have been happening behind closed doors, in meetings and on paper. Now the process will be easier to follow as we get shovels in the ground. We will have images to share of the renovations, the boxcar addition, and the landscaping in the yard as we prepare this space for us all to gather and celebrate this awesome historic landmark.

So stick with us, because this is where the fun starts. Thank you for all of your support and for cheering us on. More cowbell please!
